A Day in the Life As the Boutique Manager for our YSL Beauty boutique in Sydney, you will be the driving force behind the boutique’s success, reporting to the Regional Retail Manager. You will lead your team of Beauty Advisors to deliver unparalleled, personalised client experiences that embody the bold elegance and Parisian chic of YSL. Commercial Acumen & Sales Driver: Strong business sense with experience in driving sales, managing P&L, and achieving KPIs in a retail environment. Operational Management: Strong organizational skills with experience in visual merchandising, stock management, and boutique operations.
